If you play or have ever played sports, you are likely to have had an injury at some point in your playing career which has led you to become more unfit, reduce the chances of you socialising with teammates and left you feeling pretty down. Through a burning desire to help individuals who have an injury in a sport that they love to get back to fitness, we have incorporated Sports Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy into our ecosystem of support for your child.
We believe it is important to work towards prevention of injuries which will help us and our members reduce the chance of getting injured in the first place. That being said, injuries are inevitable so we have made it our aim to include in our ecosystem of support, is access to physio and rehabilitation professionals to screening athletes to assess likely injury sites and help prevent injury and also to provide aftercare for those who get injured.
Once every 3 months on our Athlete Development Programme, your child will get a movement screening from a trained professional who will be able to provide some strong advice on how to strengthen injury sites that may be susceptible to injury.
