How long have you been coaching?
I have been coaching rugby for 1 year. I started my rugby coaching journey in October 2018 volunteering as a team manager/head coach for the girls youth teams at Biggleswade RFC. Up to 12 girls joined Biggleswade RFC during my occupancy, I changed clubs in January 2019 and now coach the girls section at St Neots RFC.
 
How did you get into it and why coaching?
Having played rugby for several years and run some very successful ladies boot camps I was asked if I would start a girls rugby team at my club.
 
Why Lions?
An exciting opportunity to grow as a coach and be part of an expanding company. To show case rugby as the super sport it is.
 
Qualifications and training?
RFU Level 2 coaching certificate
Level 3 First Aid Course
Enhanced RFU DBS Checked
Safe Gaurding Officer Trained
RFU Headcase Certificate
 
Coaching Goals?
To show girls and women that rugby is a game for all, with many opportunities within
the sport.
 
Interests and Hobbies?
My hobbies include Dog Training, Getting to the beach whenever possible and hiking
